How long does delivery take?

UK orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days. Handmade and made-to-order items may take a little longer as they're crafted individually. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet — we're currently shipping within the UK only. We hope to expand in future, so watch this space.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Our engraved items are made by hand using a laser engraving process. Because natural materials like bamboo are used, each piece will have its own unique grain and character. No two are exactly alike — and that's part of the charm.

Can I request a custom or personalised item?

We love custom requests! Drop us an email at mom@pokefam.uk with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at mom@pokefam.uk with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.

Do you have a physical shop?

We don't — Made by Pokemom is an online-only shop. But you might spot us at collector events and card shows in future!
