From my studio to your door

Every piece is packed with care in my studio in the UK. Here is how postage and returns work, so you know exactly what to expect.

UK postage

• Binders are posted by Royal Mail for £4.99.
• UK postage is free on custom orders.

How long it takes

• Custom orders are made within 2 weeks, then Royal Mail delivery takes about 2 days.
• Ready-made pieces, like earrings, are posted the next working day.

Posting abroad

I'm happy to post to collectors outside the UK. International postage is £40, paid by the buyer.

Christmas cut-offs

• Custom binders: order by Thursday 26 November.
• Made-to-order binders and earrings: order by Thursday 10 December.

Returns

• Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
• Custom and personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive faulty.
